Mr. Raja Vasireddy Venkatadrinayudu, who is the landlord of this area, showed his devotion to Sri Swamivari by constructing high gopurams and ramparts in his land village Nandigama where the temple is located, and presented about 1100 yakarams of land to the temple of Nandigama village.
